Coven Salon
In 2021 Stephanie was finally able to purchase her own
location and build her dream salon. Coven was born out
of the desire to honor all the incredible people who sit in our chairs. Coven is meant to empower, inspire and uplift others. Anyone can sit in our chairs and
feel safe.
The new studio was built from so much love and hard work.
We are so excited to share Coven with you.

Stylist/ Mead Maiden
Calypso started doing hair as an apprentice in Northern Virginia in 2017. Since then, she has worked at lavish salons in NOVA. Recently she bought a house in Winchester for her three adorable dogs. She is hoping to build and be a part of the community.
She specializes in Ice blondes, fantasy colors, and men's grooming.

Quinton is a graduate from The Temple: A Paul Mitchell Partner School. He has been a licensed hair stylist for about 9 years. He specializes in cuts, colors, extensions, wigs, as well as makeup for special events, and everyday wear! He is a proud pappa to four fur babies. Ask him anything about Britney Spears.
Brow Expert
Cj is our Brow Specialist. She’s been specializing in all thing's brows for over five years. When she isn’t fixing brows she’s playing with her puppy Miley, forcing her husband to play Yugioh, or has her nose in a book.

Ashley is a graduate from the Temple a Paul Mitchell Partner School. She loves fashion colors and unique styles. She does great with dimensional colors as well as curly hair. She has awesome clothes and two sphynx cats.

Cierra graduated from The Temple a Paul Mitchell Partner School in 2019. She loves to create blondes, vivid & lived in color. When she isn't painting hair, she is spoiling her 4 dogs.

Branden Lee Miller started his career in 2001 after graduating from Empire Beauty School. He has worked in salons in Washington DC, Baltimore, York Pa, and Wilkes Barre Pa as well as was an Educator for Graham Webb and Hair Cuttery. He has won awards for his Special occasion updos. His specialties are livid in color and volume. This year he has gotten engaged, bought a house and moved to Winchester.

Lori's journey in the beauty industry began as a massage therapist, but her passion for skincare soon took center stage. For the past 22 years, she has dedicated herself to providing exceptional skincare experiences. Lori's unique approach, which combines her extensive skills in both massage and skincare, sets her apart and delivers unparalleled results.

Raven is a graduate of Roma's Hair Empire & Beauty Academy. She also recently attended Nova Lash Training for Eyelash extensions. She is strong and fierce, and we love her very much.

refreshed and confident.
Senior Executive VIP Stylist
Ed has over 25 years' experience in the industry. He first bought Class Act Hair Designs in 2000. In 2007 he revamped the business and formed Ed’s Heads. Now he is ready for a new chapter and is very excited to be joining Coven. Ed offers dimensional color techniques and precision cutting skills to craft hairstyles that fit each client’s lifestyle and personality. A self-admitted fashion junky with a penchant for preppy vibes, Ed likes putting a fresh spin on the classics to keep your look fresh.
Lash Extension Expert
Megan is a licensed cosmetologist and Eyelash Tech. She has been in the industry for eight years.
Megan has been certified in lash extensions for over 5 years by the leading brand: Novalash. She is employee of the month every month

Salon Plumber/Trophy Husband
Most salons wouldn't put their plumber on their website. We are however not like most salons. Cameron is always available to clean our pipes, fold some towels, take out the trash etc. He is also Steph's much younger Trophy Husband. Without his love and support, she couldn't manage this incredible salon. He never complains about Steph's never-ending ideas and projects. So, we felt he deserved a special shout out.
