CANCELLATION POLICY
When you reserve an appointment with us that time is yours and only yours. When a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice it is very difficult to fill it on such short notice, that time and income is lost.
We ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel, change or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to keep the deposit for your services.
No-shows are a killer for small business and will result in you needing to find another salon.

We do require a credit card and a 25% deposit to book and hold all appointments. If you do not place your card on file, we will be un-able to hold your appointment.



SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair or need something adjusted, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment.

Charges for services adjustments will be made on a case by case basis. We do not offer refunds
​
Any adjustments brought to our attention in excess of 5 days will be charged as a new appointment at full price.
We want you to love your hair as much as we loved doing it.

Please come by yourself to your appointment. We have limited seating and space and can't accommodate those not receiving services.
